Simple choices: Ferris frameless, full-overlay construction in a curated set of finishes, priced from your plans in our office.

You do the legwork: You measure the site, spec the job and handle install. That takes labor off our side of the job, and the price reflects it.

Send us your plans. We do the rest.

Start with a quick ballpark. When you are ready, send the architect’s plans or elevations, and we lay out and price the cabinets in our office.

How it works

From first call to delivery in seven steps.

  1. Tell us about the job. Your contact information and the project basics.

  2. Get a ballpark. Tell us the lineal feet and we give you a price range.

  3. Send your plans. If the range works, send elevations, finish choices and accessory locations.

  4. Talk it through. We review your plans with you. A $500 retainer, credited toward your deposit, starts the formal proposal.

  5. Formal proposal. Priced in our office. Sign with a 10% deposit.

  6. Shop drawings. We draw every elevation; 40% is due when you approve them.

  7. Build and deliver. 50% is due when fabrication is complete; we deliver once paid in full. Your installer takes it from there.

Every Select cabinet comes out of the shop that built these. Same boxes, same drawer construction, same finishes.

The Select terms

Simple rules keep the price down.

  1. Select is for builders, contractors and other trade professionals.

  2. Ferris frameless, full-overlay construction in the Select finishes.

  3. Most Select kitchens run $40,000 to $65,000, delivered. Smaller projects start at $10,000.

  4. You provide site dimensions. We build to your numbers.

  5. Formal proposals require a $500 retainer, credited toward your 10% deposit. Payments: 10% at signing, 40% at approved shop drawings, 50% when fabrication is complete.

  6. Nothing goes into production until you approve the shop drawings.

  7. We deliver within the Mid-Atlantic area once paid in full. Installation is by others.

  8. Typical lead time from approved drawings: 12 weeks.
